Why is it being auctioned?

How is it auctioned?
The pawn loan regulation stipulates that only a publicly appointed and sworn auctioneer or bailiff, who must be personally completely independent, is allowed to conduct the auction. Before the auction begins, interested parties have two hours to inspect the individual items closely. A bid placed is binding. The bidder who wins the auction must pay immediately in cash and will then receive the auctioned item.
